ORDER STATUS
We will email order status updates to the email address you provide at check-out. Updates will include order confirmation, shipment confirmation and tracking details, as well as notification of any delays or requests for additional information.
If you have not received your order confirmation email or tracking email, please check your spam/junk mail folder.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
U.S. Orders
Regular orders may be canceled anytime prior to shipping.
We regret that we are unable to refund shipping charges for items canceled once they have been shipped. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.
For U.S. Orders, if you wish to cancel once an order has been shipped, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges section for instructions on how to return your order.
Wholesale orders are final once credit card is charged.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Once shipped, orders shipping to an address outside of the United States cannot be returned or cancelled.
SIZING:
At this time all HNW LUX necklace chains are adjustable. We do not provide custom sizing at this time.
JEWELRY CARE
Each HNW LUX piece of jewelry is made from the highest quality materials. Some of these materials are cut from natural sources and the use of hairsprays, lotions, colognes or perfumes can alter the natural state of the materials used. These pieces are highly sensitive to water and wearing them while showering, exercising, or in the pool or sauna should be avoided. Our chains can be delicate and should be treated with care.
